Coverage

Maui County, Molokai and Lanai.

Three islands, one appraiser who knows them. Value on Maui does not travel well from a mainland desk: the same square footage means something different in Kula than it does in Kihei, and a Molokai comparable is not a Maui comparable.

Maui

Wailuku, Kahului, Kihei, Makawao, Paia, Lahaina and upcountry.

Molokai

Covered under the same license, on the same terms.

Lanai

Covered under the same license, on the same terms.
